Building Professionals. Building Partnerships. Building Communities.

For real estate sales professionals — in resale and new development — who want to build
something that lasts.

Office Hallway Discussion

What if hitting your goals isn’t the problem — but how you feel when you hit them is?

The real estate industry trains you to perform, close, and produce. But it rarely trains you to regulate, reconnect, or lead yourself.

So here’s what happens: You hit the numbers. You win the awards. You do everything they said would make you happy.

But quietly, you're asking:
- Why does success feel like it's costing more than it's worth?
- Why is performance not the same thing as progress?
- What would it look like to win — and mean it?

That's the question Winning Well is built to answer.

Congruent Projects Serves Four Missions:

For 15+ years, I've worked in real estate - training professionals, developing leaders, aligning builders and realtors, and now developing communities. Each business line shares one core belief: sustainable success requires human-first systems.

Here's how we serve the real estate industry:

what if success didn't require burnout

The industry is good at teaching people to close.

It is not good at teaching people to last.

Most training builds tactics. Winning Well builds professionals.

The difference shows up in year three. In year five. In whether your best people are still with you — and still performing — a decade from now.

That is what we are here to build.

Winning Well

The intersection of Sales Performance, Sales Leadership, and Sales Wellness.

Most organizations optimize for one. Performance, or wellness, or leadership. They get partial results — and pay the price in the gaps.

Winning Well works at the intersection. Where all three reinforce each other. Where performance is sustainable, leadership is human, and the professionals doing the work have what they need to keep going.

You produce. You contribute. You sustain.

Performance isn't just about knowing what to do

It's knowing who to be and when to act

Meet JENNIFER

I spent twenty years in residential real estate — most of it as the only woman in the room.

I learned to speak the language of boardrooms. I hit the numbers. I led teams. I did what the industry rewards.

And at some point, I looked at the culture I had built and realized I had recreated the same environment I had spent my career trying to escape. High pressure. No margin. Nothing ever enough.

So I stopped. Slowed down. Started leading differently. I leaned into empathy — the thing I had been told didn't belong in business. And something unexpected happened. My team didn't just perform. They stayed. They grew. They became the top-performing team in the market.

Because they belonged somewhere.

That's what I'm building now. Across every part of this work — training, consulting, housing — the question is the same: what does it look like when people have what they actually need to succeed?

If that's a question you're sitting with, you're in the right place.
